Practitioners evaluating a product should scrutinise its characterisation data and regulatory status rather than the marketing.

Where Exosomes Fit Today

Used sensibly — topically, after microneedling, as an adjunct with realistic expectations — exosomes are a reasonable enhancement for a clinic already offering channel-based skin rejuvenation. They are not a replacement for established, evidence-backed treatments, and patients should be counselled that this is a developing area.
