Juvederm Ultra 4 is a robust, highly cross-linked hyaluronic acid dermal filler from Allergan, made from non-animal-origin HA.
Manufacturer indications include deeper wrinkles, lip augmentation, cheek definition and chin augmentation, with further use in nasolabial folds and marionette lines. It contains 0.3% lidocaine hydrochloride for patient comfort.
Juvederm Ultra 4 is a Class III medical device for administration by qualified practitioners only. Anna's Cosmetics supplies it to licensed injectors; effects are temporary as the hyaluronic acid is biodegradable.
