Juvederm Ultra Smile is a cross-linked hyaluronic acid dermal filler from Allergan, developed specifically for the lips and based on the Ultra Plus formulation.
Manufacturer indications include lip volume and contour, definition of the vermillion border and the oral commissures, as well as perioral lines. It contains 0.3% lidocaine hydrochloride for patient comfort.
Juvederm Ultra Smile is a Class III medical device for administration by qualified practitioners only. Anna's Cosmetics supplies it to licensed injectors; effects are temporary as the hyaluronic acid is biodegradable.
