NEWEST ONE — skin revitalisation with polynucleotides and hyaluronic acid

Newest One is an advanced skin revitalisation product from Mastelli, developed specifically for the treatment of large body areas. The combination of highly purified polynucleotides (PN-HPT®) and non-cross-linked hyaluronic acid provides deep-acting cell regeneration, improves skin structure and supports the restoration of firmness, elasticity and moisture balance. Newest One is particularly suited to patients with lax, dull or structurally damaged skin as well as scars, stretch marks and volume loss.

Composition

• 1 mg/ml polynucleotides (PN-HPT®)
• 1 mg/ml hyaluronic acid (non-cross-linked)
• Mannitol

Indications

Newest One is indicated for the treatment of the following skin conditions and areas:

• Mature, dehydrated or photo-damaged skin
• Atrophic scars and stretch marks
• Volume loss and skin laxity
• Large areas such as the abdomen, buttocks, thighs, arms and décolleté

Application

Administered intradermally into the dermis. Newest One can be delivered using both classic injection techniques and non-invasive methods such as iontophoresis, electroporation or hydro-electrophoresis. For optimal results an initial series of 3 to 4 sessions at intervals of 14 to 21 days is recommended. To maintain the results, treatment can be repeated every 3 to 6 months.

Duration of results

The effect usually lasts 4 to 6 months, depending on skin type, age, lifestyle and technique used. First visible improvements typically appear after the second treatment.
