Anti-Bruise Cream FERKELAN

Ferkelan — anti-bruise hydrogel that prevents iron pigmentation after injections and aesthetic procedures

Ferkelan is an anti-bruise chelating hydrogel and a CE medical device (class I) made in Italy by BioNike. It acts from the earliest stage of pigmentation, chelating iron before it settles into persistent marks, and is used to prevent and improve dyschromia and bruising after aesthetic and surgical procedures. It also helps normalise pigmentary changes linked to chronic venous insufficiency.

Composition

EDTA, glycine, lipoic acid, vitamin C phosphate, inositol, panthenol and ethoxydiglycol, with gelling agents and deionised, filtered water as excipients.

Indications

• Redness and bruising after Botox, dermal fillers, mesotherapy, laser resurfacing, sclerotherapy, dermarolling and microdermabrasion
• Aftercare for rhinoplasty, liposuction, blepharoplasty and facelift
• Prevention of iron hyperpigmentation and post-sclerotherapy dyschromia
• Pigmentary changes related to chronic venous insufficiency

Application

Apply one dose to the affected area and massage in gently; the amount depends on the size of the area treated. For aesthetic-medicine procedures, one application immediately after the session is usually enough. After surgery, apply regularly at home. For home care, apply twice daily — morning and evening — for 2–3 days. Allow full absorption before applying make-up or bandages.
