Anti-Bruise Cream KELAIRON

Kelairon — anti-bruise cream with lactoferrin for bruising and iron dyschromia

Kelairon is an anti-bruise cream and a CE medical device (class I) made in Italy by PIAM Farmaceutici. Its antioxidant properties and chelating activity against metal ions make it useful for discolouration from bruising, post-surgical and post-sclerotherapy hemosiderin marks and chronic venous insufficiency, as well as after non-ablative laser, laser hair removal and vascular treatments. Its key ingredient is lactoferrin NLT (Nano Lipid's Technology), a natural glycoprotein central to iron chelation.

Composition

Lactoferrin NLT (Nano Lipid's Technology), glycerine, propylene glycol, xanthan gum, methylsulfonylmethane, tinovis, phenoxyethanol, triethanolamine and EDTA.

Indications

• Redness and bruising after Botox, dermal fillers, mesotherapy, laser resurfacing, sclerotherapy, dermarolling and microdermabrasion
• Aftercare for rhinoplasty, liposuction, blepharoplasty and facelift
• Daily care for dark circles, rosacea and dark spots — a purifying action against dermal deposits of heavy metals (iron, lead, zinc)
• Hemosiderin discolouration and chronic venous insufficiency

Application

Apply one dose to the affected area and massage in gently; the amount depends on the size of the area treated. For aesthetic-medicine procedures, one application immediately after the session is usually enough. After surgery, apply regularly at home. For home care, apply twice daily — morning and evening — until the mark fades. Allow full absorption before applying make-up or bandages.
