For a clinic building a polynucleotide menu, the category can look crowded and interchangeable. It is neither. The main ranges differ in origin, positioning, format and the breadth of area-specific presentations they offer. How to Stock Sensibly
A pragmatic approach for most clinics:
- Anchor on one well-supported facial range (commonly Mastelli or Croma) so protocols and training are consistent.
- Add area-specific SKUs — an eye presentation and, if hair is offered, a scalp presentation — rather than duplicating overlapping facial products.
- Stock a demand-led brand such as Rejuran if patient recognition is driving enquiries.
- Keep expiry and turnover in view, particularly for reconstituted powders and lower-volume specialist SKUs.
Pure PN or PN-plus-HA?
A recurring stocking question is whether to carry pure polynucleotide products, hybrids that combine PN with hyaluronic acid, or both. Pure PN products lead on regeneration and are the classic choice for skin-quality and reactive-skin work. PN-plus-HA formulations, such as Newest, add a hydration and light-plumping element that some patients notice sooner, which can help with the "did anything happen?" question that regenerative treatments sometimes provoke. Many clinics carry one of each so they can tailor the choice to the patient and the area rather than forcing every case down a single route.
Storage and Handling
Practical logistics matter as much as clinical positioning. Ready-to-use pre-filled products are convenient and quick to deliver; lyophilised powders such as Nithya require reconstitution and a little more chair time but offer dilution flexibility. Whatever the format, follow the manufacturer's storage conditions and shelf-life guidance, and rotate stock so lower-turnover specialist SKUs are used well within date.
